International Scanning Probe Microscopy 2024 is the 22nd meeting in a continuing series of international meetings featuring research on scanning probe microscopy (SPM), sensors, and nanostructures that began in Seattle in 1999. This year ISPM will join with ICSPM32 and SPMonSPM in Sapporo. The goal of this meeting is to communicate the latest developments and applications of scanning probe microscopy methods. This meeting attracts researchers working in academia, government, and industry. It rotates around the world (USA, Germany, Japan, UK, China, Mexico, France, Korea, Spain, Canada and South America)
